What is a bath tea? Bath tea is exactly what you are thinking. A tea bag for your bath. If we can put a small tea bag in a cup of hot water and experience benefits by drinking said water, then it would make sense that those herbs and minerals are also be beneficial if used in the bath in the same manner. We select the herbs in our bath teas based on therapeutic benefits. All of the ingredients contain properties that are known to be anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory. Each tea bag is 4 inches by 5 inches.

To use: Simply submerge the tea bag in a warm bath and agitate it gently under water. You may see color coming from the bag as you would in a tea cup, this is normal. This means you are actively steeping! Relax and enjoy!
